30-day returns

Not in love with your Vuzo Nova One? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in their original condition with all accessories and packaging.

365-day warranty

Every Vuzo Nova One is covered against manufacturing defects for 365 days. If anything fails under normal use, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

How to start a return

• Email support@vuzonova.com with your order number.
• We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, ear tips that have been used cannot be returned separately. This does not affect your right to return the complete product.
